A complete refurbishment of this tired looking 3 bed house Victorian house.

We changed the layout and extended the entire ground floor in order to get a large kitchen/dining open living space. We added new bi-folding doors leading out to the garden and Velux ceiling lights to increase light and a feeling of space. We installed new wooden flooring throughout on the ground floor and fresh carpets on the stairs and first floor.

We fitted a separate WC / shower and a laundry space. The existing living room was turned into a master bedroom with lots of storage and closet space. The client wanted to keep all the fireplaces throughout the property. We opted for shutters and blinds for the windows throughout except for the living room.

On the second floor the layout was kept intact, only the bathroom was totally revamped. We re-decorated the whole house on the inside and the exterior walls of the house were repointed to complete the renovation.

We completely re-designed the garden to create an outdoor dining area and patio. New grass was laid and a shed added to the end of the garden for extra storage.
