This property developer requested we create and implement a design concept for two show flats and a roof terrace. The targeted buyers were young professionals, possibly first or second time buyers.  We wanted to create a palpable feeling of modern luxury, an interior magazine vibe that gives the prospective buyer a feeling of "Yes, I want to live here!"

 

We collaborated with a furniture company selected by the developer. We followed the brief from the client to create a thought-though design concept to reach the targeted audience. We often feel that show flats can be sterile and dull, so in order to avoid this we choose to use multiple suppliers and shops to add depth and personality to each apartment.

We used a fairly classic furniture base that could appeal to almost every taste but still keeping it individual and trendy with cool details, art and soft furnishings.

 

We staged the terrace for a photoshoot according to the brief.
