This lovely one bedroom flat, within a period red brick building had been on the market for several months before we where asked to help. We visited and knew we could add significant value and attract buyer interest. We added element such as an office area as the importance of working form home has increased.  The seller accepted an offer within a month of our staging. We where particularly pleased as the sale happened during a COVID-19 lockdown.
